1. Click Start Down The Bottom Left |

2. Click Programs And Then Accessories |

3. Then click on System Tools and then Disk defragmenter |

| |
4. The following window should appear

5. Now the default drive is selected C: and just simply hit the defrag button
|
|
|
|
|
6. This might take a while to defrag but it will increase your computers performance.
