Thank you very much for repairing my computer so fast, and the most amazing part of this whole thing is that I didn't even have to leave my chair!! My machine was running terribly slow and locking up all the time and I couldn't understand why. I thought I was running the correct virus software and doing everything correctly but boy was I wrong! After just a short time you were able to fix this problem for me and all I had to do was go online and give you a call. I have been putting this off for so long because it's such an ordeal to bring the computer down to the repair shop, and I don't have half a day to wait around for a repair person to come to my home. I'll look forward to your email maintenance reminder that we talked about, I'll keep up on this with you going forward so I don't get myself into this situation again.

Thanks for the help.  Yes the defrag and cleaning the dust out did the trick.  I guess you should always look at the simplest fix first!  I will keep your number and contact info. for all my computer needs for business and personal.  I will also call you soon regarding the laptop I will be needing for my business and remote internet access needs.  Glad I found you.
